Waiters singing

Several of the nights, after dinner had been served, the waiters would gather together on the main staircase and perform.

One or two nights they performed a song, another night they did dancing, all a lot of fun.

The waiters in the red jackets are the head waiters who manage several tables each, with the waiters and assistant waiters working under them.
