Steak dinner

Over the course of a week, if you ordered every variety of steak you'd probably end up with about seven different styles.

One of the things that takes a bit of getting used to is that the steak comes out looking more like slices of a beef roast, rather than the grilled steaks you might be used to back at home in restaurants.

That's not to say however, that the steaks aren't delicious - they are very tasty.

The steak in the picture was probably about 250 grams in total, so it's a modest serving, on a bed of delicious mash.
