Omlette breakfast

This was the first breakfast in the formal Edelweiss restaurant.

As omlettes go, this was quite good, and you could pick from a selection of fillings - ham, cheese, mushroom.

Also on the plate a more fancy form of hash brown and a grilled tomato with a garnish of parsley.
